Pros

The culture and support offered at SJCRH are like no other in the industry. They encourage professional growth and work/life balance and still manage to carry out an amazing mission - curing catastrophic diseases in children!

Cons

My only "con" is that I didn't apply here in the beginning of my career!

Pros

St Jude has good benefits.

Cons

A new booklet just got mailed to employees. Not sure why. And it’s just terrible and full of lies. Like this: "We do not tolerate those who work selfishly to the detriment of their team or the institution. Transparency, honesty and trust in the intent of one another is operationally essential for St. Jude to thrive." What a joke. Some of the senior leadership works for itself and ignores what’s best for employees and the hospital in general. The benefits are good to hide and mask the selfishness, bullying and abuse. They even hid a high raining employee who stole money from the hospital! Values are none.
