Pros

From my first phone interview to the present day, I have felt so valued by everyone I have interacted with, particularly those in HR and my immediate supervisor. Disney truly understands that how they treat their employees directly affects the guest experience, and they do everything they can to take care of you. If you are willing to put in the hard work, Disney is an outstanding place to be.

Cons

Things tend to happen a bit slower at Disney in terms of projects and decision making. This may frustrate some who prefer quicker results, but I personally love how careful and thoughtful Disney is about everything it does, from the largest to the smallest details. This is why everything they do is so amazing! You can't rush magnificence.

Pros

Amazing working life balance, company perks (including park access), benefits, great people to work with, company history, etc. PTOs are very flexible. And sometimes you get to enjoy new attractions first hand, before they are open to the public. Also teams get together in the parks occasionally. If you're working on site, they have great offices. I really enjoyed my time there.

Cons

It's huge corporate ecosystem, resulting in many layers of interactions and approvals for even simple things. If you're not a fan of complexes corporate environments, then maybe this ins't the right place for you. The salary are not very competitive, compared to the big techs, if you're working on site in Florida or remote. The salaries are better in CA if you're working on site to compensate the high cost of living in CA.
