Culture, good technologies , free food and shuttles and onsite perks . Managers really are trained well to engage their employees and provide mentorship. They are also pretty hands-on. Looks like moving internally is pretty easy given you have good contacts and make a good impression. Other benefits like tuition reimbursement, internal tools training, onsite farmers market, gym and paid laundry facilities are pretty good. The Starbucks like free coffee bars and the juice bars are awesome. Basically , this company makes me feel that I'm valuable to them. They have pretty good health insurance and 401k match.
