Pros

- Kind team members - Open, team-based environment - no cubicles! - Flattened organizational hierarchy with open door policy - Several team building activities - Flexible start times - Innovative solutions using new technologies - Flexible and willing to change based on team member feedback - Ability to work with larger companies around the country - Plenty of opportunity for professional and technical growth

Cons

- No product development - Deadlines driven by clients - Training program still a work in progress - although it has improved over the last couple of years.

Pros

Diversity of work, environment, colleagues, extra-curricular activities (game night and monthly parties), flex start time, high expectations and the free coffee/snacks. If you do good work it is recognized and you have the opportunity to be accountable for your work without being micro-managed.

Cons

Training isn't the most structured and organized for certain technologies. I believe this is something management has been working on getting better at.

Pros

- The company is really growing which is creating opportunities for employees to advance their own career growth. The owners seem to really care about their employees and go out of their way to offer benefits that exceeds those offered by other companies. - The healthcare plan, contributions to the employees HSA and 401K plans, dental/vision reimbursement are great. - There are so many added benefits including work from home days, flexible hours, Starbucks coffee, tea, soda, fresh fruit, snacks, monthly birthdays lunches, company BBQ in the summer, company Christmas party, and more. - The owners and Directors are willing to listen to concerns and look at ways to improve things.

Cons

- The company has been going through some growing pains as they have quickly expanded over the last year or so which is why I think there have been some negative reviews. - Training of new employees is a key component that still needs some work, but is being currently looked at.
