Employees are fantastic and fun, hard working people. You have the opportunity to be creative with your work. The hours tend to be flexible and the store manager is understanding.
Cons
Owner and management are awful. Owner made me and three other people cry during store hours over the three months I was there. I was fired because I wasn't 'producing up to expectation,' however everyone - even the store manager (the only good manager there) - agreed it was personal.
Do not work for this company unless you enjoy working for bullies, being spoken to as if you're stupid and lazy.
This is a physical job, you must be up to the task. (this was the only reason I left) Low pay. Must be able to get to job sites throughout the twin cities.
