Management is clueless on how to run a company. Never paid on time, place is really disorganized, there is no organizational structure and you will never, ever and ever get a raise. This is one those places where you hate coming into work everyday. And all the positive reviews are definitely by current employees because no one who worked here would write something that positive, trust me.

Everything, all the positive reviews are from senior management to trap people and give a false picture that this is a great place to work. It is not. They are great at lying, making sure that you dont get paid on time, your checks are most likely to bounce because company does not have enough money in their account. This place is filled with creeps, there is no real hr dept to report any sort of violations. If you are a female working here, you will certainly feel very uncomfortable. There is no room for growth, no raises, sweatshop like work environment and you are pretty much a slave. Turnover rate is very high because management does not know how to manage.
