Pros
None. When they let u work from home, the mgrs try to make it unpleasant and change your days 'because' they know it will upset you. Female mgmt wants pats on the back for having done nothing positive. And they want u to be their friend or their personal friend. If not, they will target you.
Cons
Run by women on rotating periods where they make work a hostile environment for male employees. Noticeably more hostile to minority employees. Should be sued for firing men for issues women are involved in, or start. Yet the female mgmt protects only the female employees. Do not work for these idiots. They lose contracts all the time and try to keep Employees in the dark until layoff hour.
