Pros

Fast-growing company with a lot of opportunity to take on responsibility and make an impact quickly • Leadership is very involved and accessible; ideas can actually turn into action • Strong sense of ownership across teams (people are trusted to run with things) • Collaborative environment, especially between sales, account management, and operations • Company is constantly evolving and trying to improve (processes, tech, structure) • Exposure to multiple parts of the business, not siloed • Team is hardworking and cares about customers and outcomes • Good place for people who want to grow quickly and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to invest in new initiatives and test ideas • Culture emphasizes accountability and doing what you say you’ll do

Cons

Can be very fast-paced, which may feel overwhelming at times • Workload can be heavy during peak production season (longer hours, reduced flexibility) • Processes are still being built and refined, which can create ambiguity • Not the best fit for someone who prefers very structured roles or clear boundaries • Priorities can shift quickly as the company evolves • Communication across teams can sometimes be inconsistent during busy periods • High expectations for performance and ownership • Requires strong time management and ability to handle pressure

Pros

Ask anyone and they will tell you that we work with some of the best people around. Anyone who loves art, design and helping people will thrive! Our customers are some of the best in the world as well, and we get to help them create a book that their communities and kids cherish forever. Looking forward to moving to fancy new office next month.

Cons

There are 7-8 weeks of overtime expected in the Spring, but is not a surprise and there are opportunities for overtime pay and bonuses during that time. Plus, company sponsored dinners at night and lunches on Saturday. We also play music and have fun looking at yearbooks during that time.

Pros

Everyone wants everyone to succeed, and wether you work in person or remote, everyone is always rooting for your success and willing to help you. You get to interact with people from all of the departments and yearbook advisors from all over the country. If you love talking to others/have good communication skills, work hard, and want a position with room to grow, this is the place for you.

Cons

Overtime in the busy season but dinner is ordered by management as well as other surprises to show their appreciation for everyone
