Pros

There is a lot of freedom in your role within Eocene. You can have as much or as little oversight as you may require. As long as the work gets done and is quality you can be left to your own devices.

Cons

As you are working as a consultant for a utility it can feel a bit disjointed from the company that you actually work for.

Pros

The employees are fantastic to work with and a key reason to stay with the company. Everyone is a professional in their field who uplift and support one another regardless of position within the company. I continue to learn a tremendous amount from the many divisions within the environmental arena due to the unending work.

Cons

To date, I have not found any cons to report.
