Business Outlook
Pros
For the short time I have been with Epitec, I can already tell it is a great company to work for! They really care about their employees and make it a fun, enjoyable environment - even remotely. They are always making changes and updates to make your work day smoother. I love having the team meetings to see how everyone is doing and how we can all help each other out.
Cons
This is a very fast paced industry. You have to move fast to place candidates before competitors get to them. I also work remotely which is both a pro and con. The con side is that I don't have the in person interactions with my employees to ask questions. Sometimes things can get taken out of context or be misunderstood reading a message or email.
