Supportive management you can go to with problems

Pros

Lots of free space to work without managment breathing down your neck. I found it very easy to ask any of my managers any question I had even if I thought it was silly. Honestly this job helped me grow a lot more then I anticipated

Cons

You find the work that needs to be done and stay busy even if maybe its a slow day or your not sure what to do. Sometimes unnecessary tension among female co workers for no reason. Nothing management could have done. I thought it was handled when I was asked if everything was okay so I didn't bring it up. I was wrong but at least they noticed and asked.

Not a con per se, but important for prospective candidates to know; As with any fast-moving company that is disrupting the industry status quo and setting records, ES values folks who can take the initiative rather than wait for orders. Bring your energy!
