Pros

Legal procedures are easy and they try to follow law as much as possible. (At least on surface). You can get maternity leave, normal payed leave, sick leave which is uncommon in Georgia (Sadly)

Cons

Quite corrupt style of inner management, in Tbilisi office. Not in a sense that they literaly exchange money from hands.
