Pros
The company culture is excellent. Coworkers often times feel more like friends. A lot of the work feels very independent from upper management. Even if you are working under another individual who’s providing training or instruction, most of the time you’re trusted to do your own work and are given the benefit of the doubt with your abilities. Management attempts to include your department in all relevant decision making. The field of work is fairly engaging if you’re an engineering mind. Working with AVs and understanding how they work, as well as their failure points, is educational.
Cons
There’s not a whole lot of upward trajectory for those out of college with a bachelors given the small size of the company and the scope of the work. Your work load will definitely very with different projects and work orders, but you’ll be doing more or less the same general stuff during your duration. It’s definitely not a bad starting position if you’re coming out of college with an engineering bachelors. Whether or not this is a fit for you depends on what you’re seeking out in an engineering job. Unless you’re aiming to get your masters and find some sort of lead position, it’s more of a stepping stone to most younger employees, but a valuable one.

Pros
Managers don't beat you over the head with the clock, are happy as long as you are finishing your work. No official peer performance reviews, so there's not much drama or stress among workers. Excellent coworkers and bosses. The work itself is simple, but tedious. Culture is very balanced, no Corporate nonsense.
Cons
Not much advancement outside of the drone ecosystem. Government doesn't always have their ducks in a line and can cause awkward scheduling. I guess the CEO has, erm, "great voice projection". Could be a con but often it's pretty funny.
