Got promoted from base level to lab manager to store manager within 3 years. If you care, you'll go far.

Cons

Was bought out by VSP, and they are slowly making the business more and more restricted with goals and budgets, and head count. As an example, I had a keyholder leave the business, and I had someone ready to promote, but they wont allow me to promote anyone until next year. So now I have one less key holder which can make things difficult.
