US-based manufacturer of architectural finishes, systems, and outdoor furnishings. Beautiful products and good management. Straightforward and high yielding commission structure.

Cons

Managers have very strong personalities. Yearly raises would be nice.

There is a new team at the helm that is focused and organized. New management is making smart decisions, properly motivates the team and is open to new ideas to advance the business unlike its predecessors.

Cons

Past management made a large mess that needs cleaned and swept through thoroughly, It will take some time to pick up some of those broken pieces.
