The kids are truly amazing. Working with them and helping them is so hard but is extremely rewarding. The kids and the relationships you form with them are what makes coming to work enjoyable and worth it.
Cons
Training is abysmal, especially for what is expected of you. Pay is very low, especially for what the job entails and how much prep you have to put in outside of work (only compensated for 30 minutes of outside prep a week, which is nothing compared to what needs to be done.)
