Pros

I had a blast working at FWX. Great people, great adventures, great time off.

Cons

This isn't a 9-5 job. Some folks may have problem with 2/2 scheduling but I found this to be a Pro.

Pros

Fairweather has been a great company to work for that keeps its employees as number one.

Cons

The only downside is the distance in offices. Between Anchorage, Deadhorse and Valdez there is some coworkers you never see.

If you can get year round work, the actual work is easy.

Cons

some times contracts fall through and you wont have a pay check for a few months
