Company with good direction, but old time thoughts
Pros
Hands-on Experience; the experience is what you make it, lots of companies to work with- Trimble, Raven, Ag Leader, Etc., Able to communicate to all involved since it's more of a small business. Customers are wonderful to work with. Service technicians are incredibly gifted and are good teachers. The long standing parts people are very knowledgeable and go out of there way to help. Corporate owners are wonderful people.
Cons
Not a lot of dealer support regarding installs, hard to make sales with poor service help in Allenton. Don't prioritize Precision as an important service job. CNH troubleshooting is a challenge to work with- they are working on it but it's something that's always been a challenge to work with. Employees seem to be in the past, not a lot of urge to learn new products and things. Hiring needs work- always short staffed, not a clear plan with Precision through CNH making it hard to develop skills to sell, promote, and do Tech support. Guinuinely do not like coming into work would rather work remote, but get ridiculed for doing so Lots of inapropriate comments had to contact HR too much, then get more ridicule for doing so- Coming from all departments Self taught in a majority of things this job is not for the faint of heart
