Long term employment, good pay, great benefits including my favorite: PTO. You accrue hours each pay period and it's free time off that you can use. Adds up pretty quick, too! I use it all the time. It's super easy to get time off and with PTO hours I get paid as if I've worked!

Small town life - if it's not for you, don't work here. Unless you like to drive... A long way. Any major city is about 1- 1.5hrs away.
A set pay rate, these guys only give cost of living raises, no other raises. So don't get your hopes up when it's time for your review.
