Pay is great, most people are fun to be around. Has gotten better over the last year with the culture in the office.

Cons

Leadership choices can be awful and no outside life. I generally can say most people spend their time at work.

There has been a lot of change over the years but the company's mission and technology has held steadfast. The new CEO has a keen understanding of the company's technology and a focused vision to execute on the company's mission. There is a buzz of energy and excitement in the office about where the company is headed - it is an exciting place to be!

Cons

Nothing specific to Fate. Biotech in general is a bit of a gamble.
