Business Outlook
Pros
Pleasant daily work environment with parish pastors who sincerely loved their community & church family. Worked mainly independently and had very few dealings with the direct public on a daily basis.
Cons
Had to handle impoverished family relations with strict guidelines set forth by the church council that may or may not have been able to suitably handle some situations wholy. Knowing that is all you are allowed to offer was hard for me to swallow at times.
