I would say there are no pros

Cons

Everything about the company is a scam!! Right from having a money hungry 20 year old manager to fake interviews!! They just want to rip you off, make you pay for all on the road travel expenses as well for selling their insurance. All they talk about during the interview is how much money you can earn, but at the end, you end up losing money instead of making any. Work life balance is a joke!!

- having an opportunity to learn the ins and out of business world without having any workforce experience - supportive management - extensive training for anybody without experience - you are paid what you are worth - nobody can tell you how much or how little you should make - competitive and fun work environment!!! - a lot of growth opportunity from within - money! - opportunity to run your office

Cons

- not for lazy or undisciplined people - you will be putting in longer hours at the beginning if you are looking to grow and get promoted
