Management works as a team and communicates well Employees are treated with respect and not like a number Harrassment, Gossip and Infighting are not tolerated Lots of fun activities and social events like Mario Kart, Bingo, grilling out in the summer, Chili cook-off, etc.

Pay is average for the area but we could do better

- Great team atmosphere - enjoy the variety of work with not always being on equipment and still receiving the pay - Enjoy the Culture with activities such as cornhole currently along with super Mario Kart, Basketball, Employee appreciation events etc.

Cons

- Family insurance is expensive but Employee only is good price - heat in summers - Lil more pay would be nice
