Pros

FlexiVan's pay and benefits are extremely competitive, with a family friendly culture that supports the unique needs of parents with young children. Staffing is sufficient to permit comfortable completion of work, with employees who are competent and overall happy/satisfied due to the pay and benefits offered. Senior management is very transparent about company performance and generally communicative.

Cons

Hybrid work schedules are available, but full-time remote work is generally not offered. This isn't necessarily a con, but should be understood by employees when accepting employment that the company values and expects in-person presence.
