      Pros

      Fluxx is a great company work for, it si one of the few places i have worked where the spirit of the company is closer to a nonprofit or mission based organization.

      Cons

      As they have taken on investment they have had to formalize porcesses which means it is not as much like a start up anymore. It is fully remote nut they do try to get everyone to knwo each other

      - Fluxx is made up of amazing people with similar mindsets, which means that theres no work drama and you really feel like you're part of a team/family - Leadership is very open to change and welcomes all ideas no matter your position - A lot of employees and members of leadership have been with the company for 5+ years, so there is a lot of knowledge and faith in the company - Very collaborative team with a drive to help others get up to speed and share knowledge - Great work/life balance with dedicated company Mental Health Days and amazing benefits

      - Teams are smaller, so workloads tend to fluctuate

      Pros

      Lots of communication from CEO on new goals for the year. Commitment to people & mission is genuine.

      Cons

      Individual capacity/workload can get maxed out for some. Managers should make sure that resource allocation is equal across all members of the team. At times it can feel like some are working more than others.
