High standards and expectations. Industry leader. Great, sound business acumen. High ethics. Fosters strong team atmosphere. Intelligent employees and management. Employee longevity/low turnover. Rewards strong performance.

Cons

Very entrepreneurial- Not a 9 to 5 mentality. Expected to perform and deliver. Not for someone who needs their hand held or for someone looking for just a job! The weak won't survive!
