I have had a positive experience working at Freedom Pointe. I am paid well, have opportunities for career growth, and enjoy the people I work with.

Cons

The Healthcare Industry hasnt been the same since Covid. Challenges with staffing.

Pros

I enjoyed all aspects of working at Freedom Pointe @ The Villages. The Management team was great and I enjoyed the resident engagement. The 401K match was great

I feel very grateful for my work, because I learned, and continue to learn, about different aspects that enrich my knowledge. We are a beautiful community and each one has a very important responsibility.

Cons

I don't feel like I have any disadvantages, but I would like to have a better increase in my salary.
