paid training, Confie university is amazing, good hot leads, great work environment.

Cons

their pay structure is extremely confusing, does not pay well for agents with 5+ years experience.

Worst Place Ever ( Run! )

Pros

Good money for management and up. Great incentives for top sales stores and agents. Lot’s of opportunities (high turnover)

Cons

Money is minimum wage Micromanagement trickles down from VP’s Terrible support from every level Terrible benefits Terrible work/life balance CEO is a person in a video you see once a yr. VP never visits Work environment is cancerous Don’t practice what they preach Always changing process & incentives Can’t ever hit store bonus's or budgets Unrealistic expectations Agents slips in additional products without customers knowing. (Shady) Good management is rare! Promotions are already decided not eeoe!
