      -The culture is incredibly welcoming -All managers create genuine relationships with their employees are are constantly being trained on how to manage better -The dealership provides a competitive and high speed environment -It truly feels like family

      -If you're not a motivated hard working individual than this job is not for you but on the other hand they will coach you to get you where you need to be

      Decent pay fun motorcycle environment

      Cons

      Working 7 days a week. Family member dies and it’s the end of the world to take time off. Dictator “leadership” killed the culture because profits and price gouging were more important.

      Lots of fun to work around bikes all the time.

      As with any dealership you often have to come in on your days off and you also often have non-consecutive days off.
