Pros

Good facilities, everyone is very accommodating, nice benefits and perks.

Cons

The company is very strict when it comes to business because business is business here at Full Potential Solutions which is why you got the highest pay that they can offer about 30-45k as an agent However, if you are not productive they will end your contract with them without any extension. I could say as a previous employee of FPS hopefully they could at least have an extension or let the employee reach up to 6 months and decide whether they will be regularized or not by the company before they end their contract.
