I Can think if no reason to anyone would want to work for this company. Unless you are family. Because nepotism lives within the company.

The owner and CEO is extremely unprofessional, belittling, condescending, verbally and emotionally abusive. Nepotism is a huge part of this company. Many staff members are equally unprofessional. No one should ever want to work for this company.
