Pros

- Second Chance Organization - Lots of Responsibility - Minimal Supervision - Decent Health Benefits - Small sign on bonus (Long Term)

Cons

Employees are responsible for repairing trucks and equipment, despite their age and poor condition. The trucks are rigged, creating potentially hazardous conditions. Employees are required to drive routes that may pose risks. They're also expected to cover damages resulting from accidents during company time. Personal protective gear like goggles and gloves aren't supplied. Additionally, employees must keep track of work-related inventory. Supervisors are overworked, akin to indentured servants, and the starting pay is low. At will employment means you can be fired for any reason or no reason at all
