Pros

On a local level, employees are dedicated and hard-working. Amazing, given the very low pay rates.

Cons

"Executive" management talks a lot about support but doesn't walk-the-talk. It's for appearances only. When you need their support they throw you under the bus. Top-level employees are every bit as expendable as lower level employees. I had one senior manager tell me that one of the founding owners (there are two) was going "senile" and was being ousted from the company. Not a very respectful rumor to spread around. I also found that senior management lacked the sophistication required for high-level growth. Not to be unkind, but it seemed to me that most of the senior managers floated around a 9th grade education level. There were many memos/emails I received from top-level management that contained rudimentary grammatical errors and simple spelling mistakes. At first, I dismissed these as typos. After receiving countless similar mistakes I realized that was not the case. If you're the type of person who speaks their mind when it comes to spotting and fixing problems, this is definitely not the company for you. If you present any kind of intellectual challenge to executive/senior management, you'll be ignored and cast-out as a troublemaker. If you want to effectuate positive change you probably should get used to adding a preamble to every idea that's worded something like, "Mr./Ms. Senior Executive , didn't I hear you once say that you were thinking of implementing [INSERT YOUR IDEA HERE]." If, like me, your interest lies in making a better workplace for your local employees, do NOT present any idea that reaches above the sophistication/educational level of senior management....unless you're prepared to make it appear as if they thought of it first.

Pros

uhhhh....safety BINGO? Great coworkers make this place fun.

Cons

No hours, no respect, have to stay after you've clocked out. Pay? yea..right. Yelling, screaming and an extremely dangerous job.

Pros

absolutely nothing. please look elsewhere.

Cons

discrimination, bad management. they get rid of good employees that work with only the best work skills and honesty to keep the bad ones who shove everything under the table! very shady company run by dishonest money hungry individuals. unbelievable how this company is still up and running. they will make you work until you cant work anymore and then drop you whenever they want. the good employees are the ones you should keep and follow up with. a company like this should have better values and standards. employees are left to do whatever they please. never in proper uniform, no proper training, do not follow the airlines policy/procedure.
