This company grossly under pays its employees. Management only seems to be concerned with there next bonus or next higher position. Company takes advantage of small towns has a great deal of scrap and is very disorganized. Management works on the good old boy system and is very incompetent.

Raises usually 1%-2% once a year, No bonuses. They hold on to temporary employees for a long time before considering hiring them in. 401K 50% up to max of 3%. No tuition assistance. Health insurance is expensive PPO. Departments always fighting for functioning equipment as most equipment is over 30 years old and usually broken. Supervision seems to think employees are a burden. It's an overall struggle to make good parts with the outdated broken tools. Difficulty finding people because nobody knows the old equipment.
