Pros

This company is family owned and they treat all their employees like family. Really is a great place to work.

Cons

Wish there was a way to have christmas and or holiday parties with everyone in the company. Just hard because all of the states GLC has staff in.

Tremendous leadership with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Great to all of their employees across the organization. Everyone has a voice. Wages and salaries are better then most outsourcing companies. Tremendous ethics & morals.

Pros

GLC is a privately owned company that still holds on to those traditional values of doing business that is rarely seen anymore in our industry. The company does a great job focusing on providing their employees a positive work environment/experience in order to ensure their client’s expectations are consistently met.

Cons

GLC is a smaller, privately owned company compared to some of their competitors in the industry. This sometimes gives off the impression that they are incapable of supporting larger businesses which is definitely not the case.
