The company provides open environment that allows to learn a lot about the different aspects of digital marketing and advertising. Good benefits, health insurance and 401K.

sometimes there are budget constrains to fully implement designed marketing strategy

Work life balance good, People there treat you like family. Good place to challenge and push yourself. Work with fun next generation technology. Very good Benefits, i.e. Health, 401k etc.

Pros

Weekly end of Friday get together.

Cons

Product itself is incredibly unreliable and dealing with disappointed customers can be very difficult. Lack of trust from management with a very hectic engineering team. I literally witnessed multiple Engineers leave.
