Pros

Game Closure is a "work hard, play hard" company with great benefits and very competitive salaries. The company creates addictively fun games using some of the most important and ground-breaking metrics-based game systems I've encountered. The team is extremely smart and motivated. Everyone is warm and inviting and cares very much about helping employees achieve a positive work/life balance. I can't say enough about what a friendly and supportive group of people I found everyone to be.

Cons

An intense (but rewarding), fast paced, customer-focused development environment best suited for those who enjoy this kind of excitement and high energy.

Pros

The team is made up of the most passionate and creative group of people I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They brought fun back game production for me and reminded me why I love working in the mobile industry. The work hours are very flexible and they value a work life balance. Great benefits, excellent location and competitive salaries.

Cons

No cons from me, my only reason for leaving was due to a career development opportunity I felt I needed to pursue.

Pros

I've been working here for over two years now as a Full Time employee and looking back to previous bad reviews, I can honestly say the company has changed and things are different (for the better)! - Great coworkers, everyone is friendly and eager to collaborate and solve issues - Dog friendly!! - Eat Club lunches everyday, Team dinners every Tuesday - Game Nights once a month for team bonding/networking - Small teams which mean more opportunities to grow in different areas - Small teams which also mean you can grasp more opportunities to take initiative in forming processes/procedures in the company - Great culture!

Cons

- There are definite growing pains in this company which stems mostly from half established processes and procedures. HOWEVER, I think if you're the right culture fit and you're ambitious enough, you can help the company grow.
