I have been working at Gantec Corporation for almost 11 years and joining the company was the best decision I ever made. Gantec is a fantastic place to work and the company has been particularly great with the level of autonomy that they instill in their culture. I am trusted to get my work done. Leadership listens to new ideas and is interested in learning from its employees.I feel supported and professionally challenged.The management is doing a fine job of keeping a company both focused and flexible.
The company cares about its employees and goes above and beyond to create a positive work environment. Lots of room for advancement and growth within the company. Great flexibility, vacation time, good Salary and never had any issues with salary or expenses reimbursements. The management is extremely agile and expert in any immigration related questions and prompt filing of RFE responses related to H1-B visa and Green Card petition. They have the best in business lawyers to handle all immigration matters which is a rarity now a days.
Great company, A pleasure to work for. I would recommend it to anyone who's interested in the Information technology consulting industry.
