Pros

Everyone here truly wants to make an impact on the community we serve and leave a long lasting impression for the future.

Cons

Handling a lot of changes in a short amount of time can strain employees and our customer/consumer base, but I think that we have handled it the best we can. The changes are necessary for longevity and sustainability for HASA's mission and vision.

Pros

Staff are some of the best people that you will ever work with! Everyone is passionate about their jobs and the differences that they are making. Management has an open door policy and encourages you to come talk with them. I foresee lots of great things in HASA's future!

Cons

There has been a significant amount of change within the past several months. Change has been difficult for some, but overall it is making HASA a better place, as we navigate through the choppy waters.
