Productive and easy to work with depending on your experience and know what to do and what you getting yourself into. As long as you are on their good side and act as a reliable and valuable asset they will be very supportive and understanding in return. Dispatch And on-site are the best departments to work and supportive of their techs and quite skilled when they are dealing with difficult situations involving rowdy and troublesome customers , especially the ones in California lol. Keep up they good work!!
