I genuinely love my job at Gene B. Glick. The work environment is supportive, my team is solid, and leadership actually listens. Every day feels meaningful because I get to help residents and be part of a company that truly cares about people. The benefits are good, communication is clear, and I feel appreciated in my role. I’m grateful to be here and excited to continue growing with the company!

Cons

Honestly, I don’t really have any major cons at this time. My experience has been positive overall, and anything that comes up is usually addressed quickly.

Pros

Company offered great benefits. There was also a lot of flexibility depending on the position you had.

Cons

Things are changing now that the company can't hire or retain quality employees. But take it from someone who has worked here awhile. When there were a thousand applicants for every application, everyone that worked here was disposable. Also the company is very "who's who" oriented. Make the wrong person mad and the best employee could be kicked to the curb. It's only been in the last couple of months that I have been able to stop wondering who will be called down to HR on Friday afternoons.

Pros

The company has done a lot in the past year to improve company morale and increase it's company presence in the community with a number of volunteer efforts. These are great events for great causes. There a lot of great perks, Colts tickets to the Glick suite, free access to the gym, they encourage a healthy lifestyle with dollars to employees for healthy numbers on their yearly health screenings.

Cons

There is still an unhealthy atmosphere of distrust and suspicion amongst a segment of employees. Favoritism in management is still a problem. There is a childish mindset of if you are in with the right group you can do no wrong. And there are number of managers who are still just rude and disrespectful in the way they treat their employees.
