Respect work/ life balance if management likes you

Cons

Everything else. Poor benefits, poor time off, poor raises and bonuses, management shows favoritism and ignore the hard working assets in the company, no room for growth

Pros

The worker bees are very nice and great to work with. The PTO was great but they are cutting that back and it is now April and they haven’t told us how much PTO we get for 2018.

Cons

Unless you brown nose, you don’t get anywhere in the company. Senior Management and Directors have no knowledge of the worker bees jobs. Your opinion is not important and does not get listened to. Negotiate a good salary up front because raises are minimal after that. Layoffs are often and you never know when you will be next.

New modern office. Well known brand.

Cons

It’s a mess. New CEO is invisible (it’s no longer Gary Simmons) . There are so many issues internally, absolutely no efficiency - and it’s now costing more jobs. Senior management has ruined this company. No need to be good at your job, being a phony suck up is the only way to survive here.
