      Pros

      Dynamic work environment for a small US location, which equates to never a dull day. Lean work environment where each employee will get the opportunity to be hands on in every faucet of the industry. Competitive pay for the size of organization and industry. All and all a great place to work.

      Cons

      Need to have more employee incentives.

      Pros

      Job security - If you do your job well, you can have a long and rewarding career with Glatt. Great degree of professionalism between your colleagues and Glatt's customers. Good training program for new employees. Good benefits plan (medical, dental, matching 401K, tuition reimbursement, etc.). Opportunities to interact with the top professionals I the industry. Employees are given a lot of trust in performing the requirements of their job functions.

      Cons

      Every company has periods of prosperity and tough times. You have to be willing to look beyond the short term challenges and see the long term benefits if working at Glatt. As a service organization, some of the jobs have a high percentage of traveling but that may be desirable for others.
