98% of the people here are great people all around. Can speak with anyone from the floor technicians all the way up to the Senior VPs with confidence, knowing your voice will be heard. Plenty of work to be done all of the time. Great benefits and they treat the employees like family. Collaborative work environment. People are very eager to share their knowledge and help younger, greener people.

Cons

Consistent communication breakdowns on timelines. Handful of people who seem to be working against the company. Base pay seems to be lower than most, however they do make up for it with stock as long as you stay for years and years.
