You will never advance every senior position is reserved for anyone with last name gielow... They pick pickles off the parking lot and throw them on the line .. they don't utilize safety as an important role in the factory.. having forklifts drive on broken dock plates while the hilo driver prays todays not the day it gives out ... Over time is reserved for the imagrant workers who live inside the factory ... Very unsafe and dirty
