Base pay starting at 20 hours of billable hours per week and an additional hourly rate on top of that. Scheduling flexibility, create your own schedule, supportive state directors

Cons

Inconsistency with clients sometimes with in-home, only 6 paid holidays, no retirement plans

Pros

Coming to the end of a maternity leave as a director with Golden Steps. From the start the human resources team, and my leadership have been nothing but supportive and nurturing during this time, allowing me such a calm and bonding leave with my baby. In a corporate environment, this is such a rare experience and I am truly lucky to have had it such a positive time. This is a true testament to Golden Steps focus on caring for family needs an employee satisfaction.

Cons

The only con would be that this was not my previous experience with other companies.
