They are a family owned and operated business and continue to focus on the importance of keeping the business in the family.

Cons

The management staff is unsupportive, the company has issues with timely customer service and they put more importance on family than business

Pros

Great freedom and independence. Ability to make great money. Good benefits.

Cons

No paid holidays. A great deal of customer service and follow up for after delivery issues. Phone systems are not great and customers get aggravated with that. Stores need help with answering phones and taking care of customer service related issues. It’s all on the sales people and it can be very overwhelming. Even on your days off, you end up having to follow up on sales and deliveries.

Pros

Sales Associates make a guaranteed weekly rate. There is no commission cap to my knowledge and motivated sales professionals have the potential to make some big dough and qualify for sales bonuses as well as vendor incentives. Flexible schedules and PTO after 1st year and full benefits offered. Unlike most retail business, closed on New Years Day, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving (normal hours for Thanksgiving weekend), and Christmas Day. Company picnic is always a blast and usually on a Sun in August. Very much geared towards family and fun. Lots of room for growth at an expanding company.

Cons

If you are a 9-5 desk job type person and expect the same thing day in and out, probably not the best fit as every day is different.
