Pros

- People are awesome, friendly, and welcoming- your coworkers quickly become friends - Great benefits and good work/life balance/relaxed environment - Interesting company and endless room for career expansion (e.g. getting experience in areas outside of your job description if you want it) - Strong focus on career development

Cons

- Pay could be better - Some people/teams are more “siloed” than others due to various acquisitions over the years - Upper management is largely uninvolved with US branch/employees
