Pros
This team knows how to do a lot with very little - and with rigor, discipline, and process. With only a couple years under our belt, and some VC funding, we've grown a lot. Like any early-stage company, we've had growing pains and some of these reviews reflect that - but important thing is that the leaders learn, revise, and empower us. I feel so fortunate to be part of such a high-performing team. I have learned more and done more in the last year than I have in the last five years of my career. Lots of exciting opportunities ahead!

It takes some getting used to the pace and volatility of a young start-up organization. You have to be able to stomach uncertainty, change, and quick decisions.
