Unionized facility, once you have some seniority in you know your job is safe, and this company is in the aluminum recycling business which means that there will most likely be work for a very long time, with the right management team this plant will excel!

Cons

At the moment we are suffering through poor leadership, they will either get better soon or they will be replaced, I have seen this more than once, it's kinda comical because I have heard the current leadership say that they aren't going anywhere, that's actually what they all say up untill the day you come in and suddenly they are gone.

Management doesn’t hold any of its employees accountable and are careless about others work ethics they turn a blind eye to lazy employees and push down on the ones who actually try to come to work to do their jobs.
